Thought Seeing began as a surgical adjuvant — technology designed to predict perioperative comatose risk in patients with brain injury or disease. We have now adapted this into a non-invasive tool that predicts human perceptions in learning and recall, for entertainment purposes.
The Philosophy
Every individual communicates with themselves. This inner dialogue takes the form of perceptions — each one tied to a location, an orientation within that location, and an emotional signature.
Over time, these perceptions are stored in recall. Learning is the assembly of these communications — organised and triggered by interpretations we know as feelings. Feelings function no differently than antennae: tuned to events in the environment, or to observations recalled from a past set of perceptions.
The purpose of Epidaurus Telemedical is to report the transitions in feeling that host perceptions — from one specific person to another, or shared among a group. It reports them the way perceptions are normally shared through words, but without words. Only through the precise transfer of the same feelings, sufficient to regenerate the same or similar perception in another mind — fulfilling the definition of an accurate communication between a Seer and a Receiver.
Every person is already a seer. Perceptions arise continuously — shaped by location, memory, and feeling. Thought Seeing calibrates the headset to your circadian biology so the engine can read the transitions in attention and emotion that organise your inner experience.
Feelings are the carrier signal. When a perception is hosted by a specific emotional signature, that signature can be transmitted — precisely enough to regenerate a matching perception in another mind. No words. No gestures. Only the feeling itself, transferred intact.
The receiver experiences the perception as if it were their own recall — a memory arriving fully formed. Across languages, across cultures, the feeling-perception unit bypasses every barrier that words cannot cross. This is communication at its origin.
